Alaska Ocean Acidification Network announces plans for a new carbon pricing podcast

In response to a request from members of the Alaska fishing industry, the Alaska Ocean Acidification Network has announced an upcoming podcast series on carbon pricing. The main connection to the fishing community is that carbon emissions are the primary driver of ocean acidification, and that an informed fishing industry can better influence actions and policy that affects fisheries. The podcast will focus on what carbon pricing means, some existing approaches being used elsewhere, and what it might look like in Alaska. We hope you will keep an eye out for this podcast this winter!
